Traditional Southern Easter ....

My Easter Eve is going to be B-U-S-Y!!!  Soccer ball games, Easter egg hunts, birthday paties.  I better get some rest tonight! 

Here is a traditional Southern Easter menu!

Baked Ham
Potato Salad
Pistachio Salad
Deviled Eggs
Macaron & Cheese
Rolls
Banana Pudding
Hummingbird Cake
Sweet or Fruit Tea

For our dinner I will not be preparing all the above, but have a good selection of dishes.  I have not mastered potato salad so hopefully my Mother will give me a lesson this weekend.

"Bun" in the OVEN!

.....and it is NOT a Honey Bun either!  We've had a busy couple of months...some of the latest happenings is that We are EXPECTING our first BABY in October.  I have had two doctors appointments and so far so good. They actually even did an UltraSound at my last visit earlier this week, so we got to see "our little bundle."

Oh! Baby!!!
